Terms of use and contract

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the use of our online store and ordering products. By using our online store or ordering products, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

You can order products via the order form in our online store. Placing an order requires that you accept our terms of use and contract and agree to pay the price of the order. We will confirm your order by email when we have received your order.

We deliver the products via PostNord. The payment method is an invoice, which must be paid by the due date. The delivery time is usually 2-4 business days from receipt of the order, when the quantity of products ordered is less than 10 pieces. Please note that the delivery time may be longer during peak times.

You have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving them. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.

We offer a two (2) year warranty on all products under normal use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal use or damage caused by misuse.

6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products or the use of the online store. We are also not liable for delays or other inconveniences resulting from force majeure.

Please note that although the products we sell are ergonomic products and are designed to promote the health and well-being of the user, we cannot guarantee that the products will have any health effects. The use of the products is at the user's own risk, and the seller does not accept any responsibility for any health or other adverse effects caused by the products. We recommend that you always use the products according to the manufacturer's instructions and, if necessary, seek advice from a healthcare professional before using the product.

7. Cookies

This online store uses cookies to improve the operation of the online store, identify the user, maintain login, and for marketing purposes.

The user has the option to prevent the use of cookies by changing their browser settings. 8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms of use and contract are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations, the disputes shall be handled in the general courts of Finland.
